Press Release: MY AMERICAN HEART ANNOUNCE "THE CALIFORNIA LOVE TOUR" HEADLINING TREK

DATES LAUNCH DECEMBER 8 IN ANAHEIM AND WRAP WITH A HOMETOWN SAN DIEGO SHOW ON DECEMBER 15



MY AMERICAN HEART has announced "The California Love Tour," a string of headlining tour dates with A Change Of Pace, Everybody Else and The White Tie Affair supporting. These shows--in connection with the band's HIDING INSIDE THE HORRIBLE WEATHER (Warcon Entertainment) CD--follow the band's fall tour with Quietdrive and kick off December 8 at Chain Reaction. The trek wraps at Epicentre in the band's hometown of San Diego on December 15.

Hiding Inside the Horrible Weather was produced by James Paul Wisner (Dashboard Confessional, Underoath, The Academy Is) and features the lead single "The Shake (Awful Feeling)," which Kerrang! praised as "sugary sweet pop, with a dance-tastic chorus" (10/20/07). The metaphorically titled disc--implying that beauty inherently lies in all things--is a striking mix of hooky, driving rock, engaging pop sensibilities and introspective acoustic ballads.
