Conscious Alliance was established in the spring of 2002, as a small group of dedicated students in Boulder, CO began organizing food drives in conjunction with music concerts and festivals. They have since formed and incorporated into a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization. By offering concert-goers an official event poster as incentive for donating 10 or more non-perishable food items, they have successfully collected and distributed nearly 1 million pounds of much needed food donations to food pantries and impoverished Indian Reservations across the United States.

Rock the Earth is a not-for-profit national public interest environmental organization dedicated to protecting and defending America's natural resources through partnerships with the music industry and the worldwide environmental community. Rock the Earth acts as advocates to ensure the existence of a sustainable and healthy environment for all and represent those individuals and communities whose environment or natural surroundings are directly and adversely affected by others.

Our Future Now was established in 2007 with a focus to enhance the experience at music festivals by introducing compelling art and technology demonstrations. These installations showcase ecologically responsible practices and renewable energy technologies while providing a framework for deeper community participation.

The Mimi Fishman Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 1999 by Miriam "Mimi" Fishman (the late mother of Phish drummer Jon Fishman) and David Shulman as a vehicle to raise funds for various charities, including The Station Family Fund, Rock the Earth, Conscious Alliance, Our Future Now, and The Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments. With no paid employees, the Foundation operates solely by the help of unpaid volunteers. To date, the Foundation has been responsible for the distribution of nearly $250,000 to the charities it supports.
